How the machine works: from Run to a lead in your CRM

Updated October 9, 2026 · Vital Edge Leads

Vital Edge Ads runs Meta campaigns for licensed life insurance agents on funnels we own, in your name, and every lead they make is delivered only to you. Three stages. You subscribe and set up in about a minute, with no ad spend until you tap Launch. Your ads run in our agency ad accounts on a funnel that carries your name. Each lead is confirmed by SMS on web funnels and lands in your portal and CRM in real time. $499 a month, charged the day you subscribe and every 30 days after, plus ad spend at cost on your own card.

At a glance

You bringYour license, your phone, your calendar link and an ads card. No ad account, no Meta page, no funnel.
We runThe ad accounts, the funnels, the creative, and the software and people watching delivery. Rejections and stalls are ours to fix.
You keepEvery lead delivered to you, in your portal and your CRM, including after you cancel. Your clients and closed deals are yours.

Stage 1: subscribe and set up, about a minute

  1. Pick a lead type.Final expense, mortgage protection, IUL, veteran and more: 12+ on the menu, ranked by what they actually produce. Run up to two at once and switch whenever you want. Where a type offers both a web funnel and a Meta lead form, you choose here.
  2. Tap Run to build your funnel and campaigns. The machine clones that lead type's proven funnel and puts your name, your photo and your booking link on the ending page. Then it copies the campaigns already producing for that type into a set that runs only for you, pointed at your funnel, with the spend limits set. About a minute later they are in your dashboard. Run itself starts no ad spend.
  3. Add your ads card and tap Launch.Ad spend bills your card at cost as the campaigns run. We take 0% of it. The $499 subscription is separate, charged the day you subscribe and every 30 days after, and never scales with spend.

Stage 2: your ads run and a consumer answers

  1. Your ads run in our agency ad accounts.Agency ad accounts at Meta's highest tier. Your personal Meta account is never connected, so nothing here can touch it.
  2. A consumer answers a few questions. The funnel asks about the coverage they want. On a web funnel the ending page shows your name, your photo and your booking link. On a Meta lead form the questions open inside Meta, straight from the ad.
  3. They confirm. On web funnels a code goes to their phone by SMS, and the lead is not released until they type it back. Web-sourced leads carry a TrustedForm certificate. Every funnel shows TCPA consent language and records a timestamp.

Stage 3: the lead reaches you

  1. The lead lands in real time.Your portal, your CRM, and a text alert if you want one. The consumer can also call you, text you or book straight onto your calendar from the ending page.
  2. You call.Minutes after they asked, while they still remember asking.
  3. It is yours to work.Every lead delivered to you stays in your portal and your CRM, including after you cancel. Your clients and your closed deals are yours.

What you see in the dashboard

Who runs the ads

Software and a person. Your campaigns start as copies of the house campaigns that earned their place on our own spend. Software checks every campaign every day. A person reviews the results, fixes rejected creative and resubmits it, restarts a stalled campaign, and changes one thing at a time for a stated reason. A running campaign is never torn down and rebuilt mid-flight, because a rebuild starts Meta's learning over.

You choose the daily budget, and it is yours to change at any time.

What it costs

$499 a month flat. It never scales with spend.

Ad spend bills your own ads card at cost, and we take 0% of it. No setup fee, no minimum term. On our campaigns the cost per lead has ranged from about $5 to $70, depending on the lead type and how much intent the funnel qualifies for. Cancel, and the subscription runs through the period you already paid for. The leads delivered to you stay in your portal and your CRM.

What agents ask us first

Is Vital Edge Ads a lead vendor or an ad agency?

Neither. A lead vendor sells leads from campaigns it runs for many buyers. An agency runs ads in your own account and bills a share of spend. Vital Edge Ads runs a campaign that is only yours, on our accounts and our funnels, takes 0% of ad spend, and delivers each lead only to you.

Do I need my own Meta ad account or business page?

No. The accounts, pages and pixels are ours to maintain. Your personal Meta account is never connected.

How long until the first lead?

Campaigns are built in about a minute and settle over the first days. The first days are Meta learning who responds. Cost per lead settles after that, and your dashboard shows it every day. Pause is one tap if a campaign is not producing.

What does the machine do that I could not do myself?

The accounts, the funnels, and the fixing. You could open a fresh ad account, build a funnel, write the creative and handle every rejection at the kitchen table. The machine starts you inside our agency ad accounts, on funnels already producing, with a team fixing what breaks.

Can I run two lead types at once?

Yes, up to two. Switch whenever you want. Early-access types are marked in the dashboard while their cost per lead settles.

What happens to my leads if I cancel?

They stay in your portal and your CRM. The leads delivered to you are yours to work, and your clients are yours. The subscription runs through the period you already paid for.
